Who can get a Payoneer Affiliate Card?
Affiliates, over the age of 18 that are expecting a payment from any of Payoneer’s approved partners. A bank account is not needed to apply.
I signed up for a card. When will I receive it?
Please allow a couple of days for us to review and approve your application. Once your application is approved, you will be notified of the estimated shipping time. It can take up to 12 business days for you to receive your card if you live within the U.S., or up to 28 business days if you live outside of the U.S, but in most cases delivery will be faster. How do I activate my card?
Please call +1-888-693-3003 (within the US) or +1-646-386-2433 (International) to activate your card. Choose ext. 3 and follow the instructions.
OR: Click on My Account and follow the instructions:
- Enter the username and password you chose when your card was ordered.
- Click on Activate Card.
- Choose a PIN (must be 4 digits) and click submit.
- You will receive a message from Payoneer, immediately indicating the result of the change.
- Your card is active upon successfully completing the PIN change.
I would like to get paid through the card. What should I do?

How does the Payoneer Affiliate Card work?
The Payoneer Affiliate Card works just like any other Prepaid MasterCard Card. The card is accepted at all locations worldwide, where Debit MasterCard is accepted. You can use it online and offline to make purchases, and at an ATM* to withdraw cash.
What information is available in My Account?
In My Account you can check your funds balance on the card, your transaction history, load money, change pin, change password, edit profile, transfer to another card, billing address and more.
To access My Account, please do the following:
- Click on My Account.
- Enter the UserName and Password you chose when your card was ordered.
- Select the relevant option
